kristijan, we haved missed you, thought about how you are, but not liked to ask how and why…family, work ecc, free time for experiences is not much…
for modifying the motor…first steps looking in the kitchen for a gear from the noodle machine…
the whole modification is not so difficult, only needs a bit time, adjusting of compression is easy at this motor ecc…and the whole life not buying diesel more…
have you built haystacks again this year?

That’s right, Georgio. I’ve been thinking a lot of my travel companion as well, but didn’t want to disturb a busy man. Back when we seemed to have plenty of time we used to correspond almost daily, which was maybe overkill  But nowdays there seems to always be something. Kristijan, if you read this and have a couple minutes, please post and tell us what you’re up to. And you know what we think about pics and vids, right?

JO, just yesterday brother and l were talking about you and our adventure, he was in the US last month too. They also almost lost a wheel in a pothole😄
Thanks for the concern, life took a bit of a turn so no retirement yet, but everything is fine. Will post a bit more on my thread. With pics and vids😉

as the pasquali (gasquali) has no roof yet, we thought it is worth for some paint…

I think it is cool but how do you see over the gasifier when driving it?

very easy, left and right from the gasifier is a good sight on the street…other place was not possible, because the "cart " is a dumper…and also when hay or shelfs are loaded is not so good to have the gasifier nearby…

Looks great–like right out of the showroom.

I hope you didn’t learn that the hard way.

It is a beauty Giorgio, and it deserves to be painted/taken care off.

Giorgio,
There are a lot of English-speaking USA Americans that have more trouble with words than you. I am related to some of them. Phone-texting and auto-correct has made many lazy about spelling and using the correct word for the meaning they are trying to communicate. I can understand your posts very well, and can interpret or fill in those few times I am confused on the meaning. Yes, Fire bad near dry straw. That is a universal! :cowboy_hat_face:

They do not teach it in school. They teach phonetics to get kids to get especially the ‘low income’ kids to pass through the grades easier.

Hi Giorgio
Have you ever tried using Loader tires without inflating them, relying solely on the rigidity of the casing to support a tractor or trailer? I was thinking of trying this on my forestry trailer. What do you think?

Oh, excuse me, “loader” might be a Quebec term. I’m talking about the wheels on industrial loaders, with very thick tires. Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos or videos of this type of modification, but I’m certainly not the first to have thought of it.

No it is international. They are a specific industrial tire. They also make solid rubber ones. They would be okay in a forest but they aren’t made for road use/speeds. I doubt they are totally deflated either, more likely similar to farm tractor tires where they are just very low pressure.

I did some online research to see if anyone had ever tried using those old industrial tires on tractors or trailers, but I couldn’t find anything :sob:. I’m guessing even Mike Reynol couldn’t find anything about it? He’s usually unbeatable at finding a video or website…
