not really. No highway and other poison involved here. Drink it before the year.
JO is a gentleman. I would have switched the wipers.
Thanks for the ride JO . You put a big smile on my face !! ![]()
that is very polite. usually they get the horn. They changed our law, so if someone is in the crosswalk, you have to stop for them regardless of whether they should be there or not. too many accidents. The bike/car accidents on Michigan State’s campus are the most violent though. They used to have at least one person die or get like paralyzed every year. now the kids don’t ride bikes any more. They all get picked up in cars.
Thanks for the thumbs up guys.
Yes. Logs and/or boards. Here’s some facts/history about the red paint.
Sorry, no part two. Per is somewhat camera shy ![]()
JO, that one lane bridge with a curve in the middle blocks the view of the far entrance? What happens when you meet in the middle?
They have super good wrecker drivers that can drive that curve!!
Oh wait nevermind, I think Joep gave us the answer! They turn on their wipers and mumble some not so nice words in any language, except Swedish.

that happened here a few weeks ago and one of them had a small trailer. Not able to back up and as longer it takes, the more cars arrived. Pure entertainment. ![]()
And the bridge wasnt as long as JO s.
Well, you can’t - so… ![]()
I guess most likely at least one of the vehicles should have a working reverse.
Great video countryside ride J.O.
Excellent camera work and running narrative.
Once you were farther north? on the road with the center line it began to look a bit like here in many ways.
You narrating in-English allowed for CC text follow along. Helps half-deaf me.
Any presentation from any of you Swedes only in Swedish and Youtube(Google) does not allow translation. I think I’ve asked this previously. Because the Swedish government resists Google trying to take over completely the information world??
I resit Google suck-in “you-must” too, whenever I can.
You certainly show the smooth delivery operation of your system and operation of it.
Rural Perfect, eh.
Best Regards
Steve Unruh
Steve, I’m glad you liked it.
I doubt our government has any interest, abilty, knowlidge or power to do so. Swedes are naive - politicans included. More likely it’s because few Swedes speak standard Swedish. It’s sometimes easier to understand a Norwegian than a Swede with a thick dialect. I may pick up 10% if listen to people from 50 miles west of here. Also, I just learned the following:
“YouTube does offer Swedish to English auto-translated subtitles for many videos, but this depends on the creator enabling auto-captions and the user manually selecting the auto-translate feature in the video player settings. There isn’t a universal, automatic translation for all Swedish videos to English because the feature relies on voice recognition and isn’t available for every video due to technical limitations and the immense volume of content on the platform.”
You are a good man of your word JO. Thank you so very much for the beautiful drive in your country. And as usual the Gasifier Volvo worked great. I loved all the towns you showed us and places you and your family lived. And what the names mean, so cool.
