blocking of the starter diesel quantity lever. (left)
right, where the screwdriver shows, is the blocking screw for the diesel pumps rocker arm.
so the rocker arm is not more touched by the cam.

the plug for the spark plug, made longer by a piece of soldered copper pipe.
hope that the insulation piece, made of PE pipe, keeps up there with the heat…otherwise i must make the insulation from the white porcellane shower handle…

Giorgio, l too have been almost beaten by the wife for stealing kitchen appliances before

The PE pipe unfortunaly probably will not last and may make a huge mess in your engine… it gets real soft real fast. The other day l put a spool of the same pipe in the engine bay of an diesel air compressor at work to soften it and made a mess, the engine heat melted it

yes, i think also…a further option would be to cut away the complete injector seat block, than the plug stands relatively free…

excuse this question a little out of context
From what maximum engine speed do you recommend against choosing an engine for conversion to wood gas?
Koen had a small truck converted to coal gas which seemed to run well despite the relatively high RPM!

It depends. Usualy the engines like runing low but the 4cyl 16v l had in my Lacetti realy liked to spin.
