E-mail him a request at: [Vesa.Mikkonnen@ecomobiili.fi](mailto:Vesa.Mikkonnen@ecomobiili.fi) mail him a paper letter request at: Vesa Mikkonen Kirkkkokatu 5 44120 AANEKKOKI FINLAND I’ve done both of these.
