I have heard rumors of people like this, but they are like seeing Sasquatch or dogman. 
Getting them hand filed and even is tricky for me. I touch them up a couple of times and then take them in. I have the harbor freight one in the video, but I never got it as nice as what they are when they come out of the shop.
