It looks like guys who visit this website do lots of things mechanical, so I thought it would be okay to post this question here.
So, I am looking for info and/or pictures of homemade thumbs that you guys have made or seen.
Recently I made a special purpose Thumb for my old backhoe. Once this particular clean up project is complete, I want to make a more general purpose thumb to replace the one I made. Mine won’t be hydraulic, but I it will probably pin-on to the backplate that I already have bolted on to the stick.
