I am impressed with how open and honest this build is both with his solutions, and how quickly he came to solutions.
That charcoal sure must have a good deal of water in it… But looks promising.

First time I have seen a cross draft… So his last build was to make the charcoal, this build is the real gasifier, I can tell this was not his first rodeo…

Havent you seen the charcoal units Ive been building the last 5 years. They have been this design since the start. I built that first prototype and not even month went by and scrapped the wood fueled system that spent the last 10 years of my life devleping. Just like that too! Ill never go back in fact his is the last revision of the CXF. There is just two more things I want to do. One is use a PWM speed control for the RV Pump rather than the flacher relay. But I dont think it will work as the presure switch likes to stall with full voltage. So I dont know until I try and then I simply want to add a water loop that will run along each side of the reactor to help preheat the water plus convert some of it to steam. As the flow is so low it will have plenty time to convert. Im going to build one last one for myself to keep and that it.
Im moving to The 3rd Dimension and that company will offer 3D printing / 3D scanning services, Lazer engraving and small wood lazer wood cutting and routing, Later I plan to rebuild the current CNC machine so it can run a trim roughter and then it will get a lazer (unless the plasma cutter cuts better on a more solid machine) CAD engineering, Custome Carbon Fiber or 3D Printed CF hybrid parts for really anything. I will be developing molds to build a 66 Chevy II completetly out of Carbon Fiber along with the 73 - 87 Chevy truck frint clips. Custom classic car restoration parts using the services and equipment I have etc etc.

The market fell off a cliff. It did this in 2016 too we all suffered and only a few of us made it. Im done I have better ways to make a living. This has destroyed my body.
Offgrid48 already folded I dont think APL is doing all that well either they have nothing new in the last 5 years. This machines are lot of work and when you do this everyday for a living its a job. That enthusiasm we all have building a DIY project is not there and I never ever cut corners and I use premium parts you cant skimp on a gasifier. These machines are designed to out live you.
