This is a defect saw for removing defects from lumber at my work place. I built two of these saws 15 years ago. They run eight hours a day and drop 300 plus pounds of scrap.
most of which are the right size for my gasifier. Sixty cuts per min. is easy to do on boards up to 8 inches wide.
