Anyone know if i can run a 1993 ford ranger 2.3 L, two wheel drive on wood gas?

Yes it’s been done before. Terry Grzyb has a 1999 I believe, and Bruce French had a 2003. Use the search box at left and put in “Ranger”.
It may be somewhat underpowered, depends on your intended use. I’d go with a V8 Dakota for freeway use, or a heavier truck for farm/offroad work. The Ranger will be perfect for tooling around town, or on backroads and non-interstate driving.
