Here are some photos from a hardwood flooring mill that is close to my house. The photo with snow is a few of several bundles of rip scraps kept outside that they cannot figure out how to get rid of… I have sawed up some of the “rip sticks” and show a photo of the sizes, but this makes lots of sawdust. I think I would like to make a chunker similar to Mr Wayne’s to shear the rip sticks into chunks. Mostly red and white oak… Do you think these would do OK ?

Looks great Gary! That will do well in any Imbert or Keith gasifier.
Looks like gold to me! My Ranger likes thinner (1"ish) blocks such as this!
