I promised someone on site a while back i would share pics and details with them about my gassifier boiller
Being old and senile I can’t remember who it was so anyway it is a downdraft gassifier run through a heat exchanger It has a 1" by 9" nozzle and the hopper is 24 by24" by 4ft
i lose some heat because the fire box and exchanger are not surounded by water but the maintainence more then out ways the loss for me
