Gilmore style?

Looks like a good idea to me Koen, I tossed some water at my air intake on mine the other night and rpm,s increased even with the exhaust recirculating

Yes the hydrogen is great :stuck_out_tongue:
and the water is for free
My best result so far… 1kg charcoal + 1 liter water… drove 22 miles…

i did find stainless pipes today :stuck_out_tongue:
excellent for holding the ceramic nozzles…
the 1" pipe holds the 10 and 8 mm nozzle
the 3/4" pipe holds the 6 mm nozzle
Length 4", 3$ a piece…

Fits nice Koen. Is there any reason to secure them in there? Is there even a way if needed?

a few mods will make it possible to make them easy replaceable (as a cartridge in a shotgun)
the wall of these pipes is thick and the outer threading came with it… maybe a cap and a spring ?

I like the spring idea. It can thread onto the pipe and the last coil can hold the ceramic on.

and you’r inspiring…
The 1" tube can hold the 3/4"
keep the 1" always on place and remove the 3/4" when replacing…

Will springs keep their spring with all that heat?

you might be right… maybe i should use hot springs ? ( joke )

depends the material and the temp i guess

Yesterday a teacher fro the Technical college came to viste.
Mr.Sittichai
He wants to cooperate for making it full automatic.
He’s specialist in Robotica and quite famous (Nakabot)

This one can’t run on charcoal ?

I did sign a memorandum of understanding with the Nong Khai Technical College.
Goal is to implement a special department for gasifying biomass, also in connection with their auto mechanic department…

Replacing dyno fuel with woodgas :stuck_out_tongue:

building automation and trying to set a world record ? ( rebuilding dieselengine )

Koen, those ceramic nozzles look really GOOD. I also like the design you are developing with the water preheater. Good work and good information. Thanks so much for sharing it.

You’r welcome

Found this, matching the picture from before, plan and design they use…

A copy from the Thai Gasifier installed on a “trike”
First starts from the gasifier, all went smooth and well, next step, test drives and first modifications for automation

Nice Koen!
How many cc’s is that?

This is a Honda Clone “Lifan” engine, 125CC, low gearing, electric starter ( 1 cyl, 4 stroke )

More important however, the college has all testing and building equipment for whatever i want to test :stuck_out_tongue:

Dying to take a real “tuktuk” in my workplace, they have a 1000cc engine water cooled :-P, but thats on my wish list

Next announcements ; we are building a carbon dioxide to energy converter :stuck_out_tongue: , have Co2? we use it as fuel…

Interesting I want to learn more about it. I have a question though how are you going to build a tree? : ’ )

I lurk and follow your progress KV and am amazed at what you are doing keep it up

Thanks for giving me a smile in the morning

To your question: … ( i knew i did forgot something )
