If they heard you I would recieve a phonecall, Where are you? I hear you!
Beautifull town they say, clean, historic and no multi culti like the Netherlands. Only a few Chinese.

It is definately a beautiful city with lots of waterways, they call it Venice of the north.
Just passed these, no moose but deer.
Yes. They took some pictures as well.
We are having our own concert.
. Work is party, every day.
You are invited. Only if you can sing louder.
If you go to Sweden in end of May, you could probably stop by a woodgas meeting, otherwise you are welcome to stop by very small village GodegÄrd (some interesting people lives there

Looking out the window on the snowcovered landscape as Iâm reading todayâs news on my phone. Apparently itâs getting warm enough that 90% of our bluetits catch malaria.
Also, a 25 yo chopped up his workmate and put him in the freezer.
I feel fully educated and I can continue my list of chores. Iâm about to get outdoors to put the chains on the Fergie. Thatâs the best way to prevent more snow from coming. If I donât, we will probably have a foot or two in no time.
Being a good boy I made sure my winter toolsâ; log splitter, snow blower, were all ready to go before the snow came. All running real well though I had neglected to drain the gas in them last time I used them it was treated. Now we are getting some snow most days and the snow blower has decided to start surging and only running on partial choke. Apparently sucked some crud into the carb. I went out and bought some Mechanic in a Bottle today and Iâm going to run a tank full of fresh gas treated with it and see if it will do anything before I pull the carb in our current temps. Teens F⊠Iâll be happier than a puppy with two peters if it clears up the clog.
I know you hate it, but I would have tried regular ole e15. the ethanol eats deposits and gelling from old gas and dissolves the water⊠But that is only because it is cheaper⊠probably not faster or easier. ![]()
After 20 years of on and off trying I finally harvested an elk today after 7 days chasing this herd around and finally getting a shot with my muzzle loader
Thatâs what I call determination in hunting for elk. I love the teast of that elk meat. Good job Marcus meat for your family.
Remember the discussion a few months back about speed limits and how our wifes complain we treat them as recommendations?
A few weeks back my wife passed a speed camera and noticed it was flashing. Yesterday I found a bill from the police in the mail. $150 for going 66 on a 60. I find it worth the money to be able to remind her I never ever got busted and which one of us is the criminal ![]()
Mrs Holton never raised such a foolish boy. There are things in life that can come back to bite you in the ass. Bug, snakes, wolverines maybe, but none as bad as a taunted wife. Sleep well my friend.
My wife was reading over my shoulder when I chuckled. She asked me what I was going to say and I told her nothing.
Guys, I find a healthy dose of picking at eachother a good thing. Donât get me wrong - I get my fair share too. Laughter prolongs life.
Being able to work together and support each other is a good thing. Even if it is a bit dangerous.
âHenry Ford built his first experimental engine using scrap metal for parts. He tested it on the kitchen sink after supper on December 24, 1893. For ignition he ran a wire from the ceilingâs light bulb. His wife Clara hand-fed gasoline to the intakeâŠâ
This may strike people as interesting.
We had a cold snap come in with a strong movement of air, sustained winds of 30 - 50km, light snow to start with. The wind was strong enough to loft ice crystals several hundred feet, producing strong sundogs in places. Air temp was between minus 23 and minus 27 producing windchill near minus 40. On Tuesday theyâre forecasting plus.4.
Yes those are always pretty to see. Especially when sitting in a warm vehicle or by the wood stove. not so much when standing in the cold.
It was so cold here I think the cooling pipes on my gasifier had some water sitting and were frozen solid, so I couldnât pull any vac with the engine on any gauge except the hay filter. I parked in the shop at work and let it warm up for the day. That cleared it up. Now all the vac gauges have readings.
Havenât fired up the gasifier since though. It is just too cold.
Iâm dreading that cold polar cap starts tilting our way. Perch stripe guys say it might start somewhere on the other side of New Year. Apart from a couple cold snaps in November this has been the situation for weeks - grey, wet and muggy.

That would be minus 17f here Garry. Iâm pretty sure Iâve never experienced that. On very rare occasions I may have seen minus 6f. Our temps are kept pretty much in the teens and twenties f because we are near Lake Michigan. Got to +8 with a -12 wind chill yesterday. way bad enough for me but itâs already back to 15f this morning. Hopefully all uphill from there. Of course itâs still snowing most days. the trade off from moderate temps off the Lake.
All I will say is the townâs name begins with a V. ![]()
