To answer your second question, there is no pdf version of the book available, it is print format only. We will mail it anywhere in the US with free shipping, it’s included in the price of every membership we sell.

Ah, yes. We certainly ship to Canada, but we can’t do it for free. Our cost is about $25, which is what we charge you. I can understand wanting to save that shipping cost, but let me assure you having a print copy of the book is well worth it. You will be able to refer to it as you build your system. The spiral binding is designed to sit nicely on a workbench.
The other reason we don’t offer PDF copies is to prevent redistribution. All too often PDFs get shared online for free. Book sales are the only thing that support this website and community. We don’t bombard you with ads, or send you email marketing campaigns, or sell your information.

It varies. I’ve seen it take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

I assume you purchased the premium version (you can also request the book without it).
In my case, Chris simply told me, and it was quite quick, but I understand your impatience.
I suppose it’s a matter of bank verification and also approval by Chris, who doesn’t just manage the website and is very busy with other tasks.

I bought the one with the book and 6 months of premium. i was wondering as to how i know i have premium is there a different website i go to?

Not sure, but I think when you see “Premium Member” after your name (at the top of a post, for instance), you’ll probably have access to the Premium material. It’s the same website.
If you click on “all categories” at the top left of the forum index page, “premium” should show up as one of the categories, which you can click on.

Ok thanks that is helpful.
However I still don’t see it there. I bought the book and premium on the website with a different email however i added that email as an alt email then set it as my primary. Would that affect anything?
