Sausage making day

Took the day of from working on the gasifier project.
Made some american garlic & polish sausage . Welcome all wood gasers

Dang Calvin. I wish you lived closer, I would’ve came over to help. We used to cut up 3 hogs every year and turn it all into sausage except for the ribs. My family are traditional German farmers and used everything from the pig, including the ears. Those went into the frying pan while we butchered. Good memories brought back with this picture.
