So here is the updated nozzle assembly I am using now. Rather than bang a tap into the pipe that makes up the body and threading in the smaller pipe that makes up the nozzle. I now just cut a cross on the end of the body pipe and insert the nozzle. The tapered pipe thread then clamps the nozzle in place like a taper lock coupling. So if you have to remove the nozzle is will be very easy to do. [20220316_1501171] [20220316_1501251]

If the 1/2" pipe is too thick, I would just hit it with the belt sander to reduce it.

I have this issue with all the 1/2" pipes I can buy they’re just a little too thick to fit in a 3/4" pipe
