I want to say it took me about 3 weeks to get my book. Maybe a month.

About 3 weeks or so for me. I would just start in the premium library and watch all the building videos and reading there. This what I am doing right now with my new 1995 Jeep build rereading it again. Keep it fresh in my mind. Which is hard to do at times. Lol. So many new things and improvements have been done since the book was written. I think everything is in the premium library, but I do like a book to hold too.
