A while ago i had a several 55 gallon drums full of coal coke to move. They weighed about 400 pounds each, partially because they had filled with rain water when their old metal grainary blew down during a storm. After wrenching my 85 year old back trying to horse them around to slide them onto a tractor bucket, I came up with this idea:
