They fine for nitrites getting into the water. One guy around here got fined way back when they first implemented it.
Same here. You have similar laws to what we have here in Michigan.
Some parts in Michigan have been pretty dry, but it looks like east of the mountains in Washington has been hit harder.

I usually look at california. right now they are buried, but I think the pattern has shifted a bit in that northern cali is sitting with the long-term droughts, and SoCal was fine. I don’t know if that is just the weather pattern change for this year, or whether it is indication, what they are doing is actually helping.
