Did some flare testing tonight and the machine just keeps getting better and better, very consistent.See the video here.
The customer came up here for training today and the machine performed flawlessly. I had to tighten up the belts after the last video and the belt slippage went away and took loading from the welder plus three grinders. In the previous video I didn’t quite get the machine up to temp due to trying to keep the video short. So H2 yield was low and it was not running at it full potential, but once it is fully warmed up its quite powerful and impresive.
LOL, Yeah I haven’t really paid a lot of attention to the flare in the last few times Ive ran it. But just glancing at here and there its been very clean like this. The time I did any temp checks in the core its been around 2000* on up to 2400*. F and is cool enough to touch on the outside. We now building the next generation systems already I cant wait to see how these new ones perform.
