100% make one if you were doing corn , but not for charcoal unless you were to make the disk too allow chunks to be broke off at a certain max and min size and slowed that drill speed right down . I think the wheel chair dc 12/24 motor I use on my crusher works at a perfect speed for me by the time i bend down to scoop another load of charcoal up into the hopper the last one has gone through, but if i want a faster speed i can increase voltage to up too 24 volts , that’s around 90 rpm and it will make more dust , but faster .

You have to slow it down, and adjust the size of the holes in the plate for the max size, then screen out the fines. I thought maybe it would kick out less dust because it looked like it would shatter it rather then crush or cut it, but I could be wrong.
