1998 Dodge SLT 4x4 Quad Cab 4x4 2500 V10
I love my truck but I picked up a VW Van and my wife “suggested” we sell the truck as we don’t really “need” it. We agreed that if it sold for around $5k then we would sell it. Anything less and we would just keep it since I enjoy it and it’s handy to have from time to time. I’m ready to sell it, but please don’t send me silly offers, I’ve stated my price and the details below to respect your time as a buyer. There is a fairly accurate description below, so please don’t come waste an hour of time and then try to low ball me because you just realized the truck has 224k miles. I know that, and have priced it accordingly. Thank you. Now for the details.
It’s a quad cab, (4 opening doors), short bed, Fully loaded SLT V10 dual fuel propane conversion(currently missing the propane tank.). 5 speed NV4500, Dana 80 LSD rear, Dana 60 front. Headers, msd wires, dual exhaust, trailer brake controller. Hummer H2 wheels with fresh BFG tires, Ice cold AC, heated mirrors, power drivers seat, overhead display console, tinted power windows, rear window slider, topper, new battery, alternator and regulator, new shocks and sway bar links, (all since January) have a spare upper radiator hose that I haven’t mounted yet. Has a hitch and trailer brake controller mounted.
EVERYTHING works just as it should. Nice stereo with mp3 input. 224k miles but you would never know driving or looking at it. Drivers seat and console armrest have a hole worn in them. Some paint flaking on the front fenders. And the scratches and dings you would expect for this year and mileage, rear bumper is a bit bent. NO cracks in the dash. Pretty clean for its age and mileage but it did get used so don’t expect a cherry truck. Again, functionally, everything works!!!
I would consider a trade for a nice 87-91 Vanagon., DOKA, Double cab, Ural or other cool sidecar rig, maybe even ???
