OK, so I got to spend a few hours today making the sheetmetal brake and then making part of the floorboard - measured once and had to cut twice. I used some steel hinges from the hardware store and some angle iron to make the brake. This is a really handy tool and I have wanted one for a while, but never bought one. I made this one to handle 30" width, and it bends 16ga metal !
