Charcoal powerd Seat Arosa 1.0

Wow! Kristijan,
That is the neatest install I have ever seen. I would never know by glancing at that car that it was gasifier powered. Thanks for the walk around video. I am impressed by all the thought that it took to design it and the superb workmanship!

Kristijan - The only two words I understood in that video were “on” and “off.”

But you speak the universal language of excellence in design and implementation.

Congratulations on some beautiful work.

lt was a top priority to make it look as normal as possible to not have problems with the law. And so far it havent drawn much atention to them luckly :grinning:

Hi Kristijan,

2 items to ad in your car, solely to keep you alive… :
1: CO alarm
2: a bottle of medicinal oxygen with an breathing mask…

Without the Oxy and sensing the first severe symptoms… no change

Pure oxy only, will be able to expell the Co from your bloodstream…

Only the other option otherwise: take out the windows…

Your system is almost invisible to the untrained eye and I think you have done a brilliant job, cant wait to see a start up and drive video so neat and tidy well done mate
Oh and second what Koen said about taking precautions remember safety first .

l know of that general rule no gasifier in a driveing compartment or liveing place but l have some safety features on the sistem.

There are no plastic parts that culd give up and release gas in the car
There is no positive pressure so if an air leak shuld occur the gas can not escape.
The window was down most of the time eaven before the gasifier was put in.
The air intake comes from the outside.

The filter sack is made out of a towel. Great stuff. Those litle knots realy filter the fines out. I opened the engines paper filter the other day and it was a as clean as new.

I would be interested to see what your towel looks like ,I am thinking maybe its what they call micro fibre here .

The only point that matters, whatever you think, we don’t want to loose you…

The danger levels are smaller then you think…

Kristijan,

Thanks for the idea…? Been looking for new material to try. I read that filter cloth should not stretch. My socks do but towels don’t…! Thanks, I give it a try. Do you sew or glue the seams…?

I use wool blanket in my systems

I double sew it by hand. Try it out and tell us if it works for you
