last days we worked on the ignition system…setting of the impulse coupling, ignition wires…
so at least today we filled the gasifier with coal, brought the forge blower there and fired up the system…very quickly comes good gas…so the hour of truth was arrived…secondary air valve setting 10 to 11 mm…
the motor not likes to start!!
sometimes made one, two or three explosions, and this was it.
so we began to understand why people like battery starters…
but…after twenty minutes cranking with the arms and legs…
i tried to set the magneto on more pre- ignition…
and immediately starts with the crank handle without any stress…
i wonder why people use battery starters??
we stopped the motor with the electric interrupter and started again…
no problem, starts easy and immediately…30 minutes test run…cyclone seems works fine…
no batteries more, my friends…a big step to independence and crisis -or small wallet - safety…
unfortunately one day after independence day
