I’m very pleased with it. Especially impressed by the vinch, which can pull anything - and fast.
The drive has two motors, connected in series, which means constantly diffed as long as the rolls are folded down towards the tires.
Do you push the rollers for the wheels in with a separate lever? Is the winch hydraulic?
Yes, the hudraulic cylinders on one lever and forward/reverse on another.
Yes, the winch has a hydraulic motor and a wireless remote.
I found the Kranman YouTube channel, lots of good videos showing their many forestry products. ![]()
I pulled something in my back, probably from being in a gasifier induced frenzy! Anyways I put myself on light work so I’m just trying to fill up these feed bags in anticipation of getting the GMC up and running on raw wood. I’ve been cutting these rough 2x4s down into 4 foot lengths and ripping them lengthwise almost all the way and then cross cutting so I’m making two blocks at a time. The table I’ve got the saw bolted down to lets me just have the feed bags leaning and held open for the blocks to fall in. So far I’ve filled up 4 bags to 55lbs and the remaining 3 are chicken feed bags so they’ve maybe got 30lbs in them. Hopefully I’ll have a good surplus of fuel for when I try to commute with the truck. I don’t fill the bags all the way so I can tie the bags shut and keep rain out of them.
