Now THAT’S a flare! I assume that means he is nearing start-up?
Really look good at night !
hello to everyone.
I travel and I are not a computer.

I’ll keep you posted.

Chris: Do you know what that number signifies? Engine RPMs? I believe Europe uses 50Hz vs our 60Hz AC and 1500 RPM is a good range for them.
Yes, I believe that’s the RPMs. Confirmed by the tach in the center panel, reading 15 x100rpm.
I’d wondered that also. 1500 is also a good gasifer oxidization zone temp in C.
Then I noticed the red clip on the lead loop at one of the engine ignition coils. And the fact that it is pictured at the engine and not outside at the gasifer hearth. This handheld looks just like a good tach/dwell/timing light. Recall FranciosP is a car guy and would have this kind of tool.
Yep. 1500 engine RPM for a 50 hertz gen head output.

Good Morning All
This is a shameless topic bump back up to the top.
LOTS of good DO-it/Done-it information here if read from the beginning.
I read now some speculating/re-inventing the recent woodgas power "wheel"s pictured done here in the last several years.
Be quite a challenge to keep up with friend Francois Pal.
