Hi Al. Can you tell me how is your experience with the 2.5 ford ranger? Is manual transmission an issue?

I like it, top speed is 50-55mph, I like the 5spd. more control. Good mileage on wood, and gasoline. It does best for around home short trips better than long trips.

since dakota rt never made a 4wd truck, maybe just putting a 360 in place of a 4wd dakota 318 will work ok.
