It wouldn’t be a bad welding truck. I think you should be a little more careful, you can buy it, and make your own RC Truck kit based off that model. 
I am really kind of looking for the bed if it is plastic, it is probably abs like what is in a truckbed liner.
What they use for the frame… it would be sweet if it was like a ladder frame, but I have my suspicions it isn’t, and it is more unibodyish

I haven’t seen anything about the frame but i assume the low towing weight is due to what they call a skateboard deaign where there is no frame but a aluminum battery sandwich design common in EV cars.
