At the first part of the video, I wanted to comment on putting Y branches in “the other way” (I.E. from the tree side first) but within a few branches you figured it out on your own.

Depends of the branch. Several of these, the big end was too large to chunk.

I hear you may be going to Topeka Oct 24 & 25th for the Mother Earth Alternative Fuel get together!
