Update, I marked a few tanks for the bottom of the Gasifier on the blue tank. I also found a tan tank that’s the same size as the blue one. I still need to buy the book but I think I have enough materials. I would be nice to find a 55gal boiler like Chris Weber told me is 18in. I have a 18in ribbed oil tank and the 17.5in tube that I can cut 2 2-4in rings from, then I can weld them to the top and bottom of the oil tank so I could get a thicker weld. That part gets super hot by the reduction and the entrance of the firetube, it’s gotta be tough to take the heat I’d imagine. I’m more worried about the fire tubes weld surviving.

I also cut a cap off the bottom of the bottom of the tan tank at one of these marks
I have a few ideas but I’ll wait to say them

OH YEAH, my uncle let me use his metal roller and there’s even a long metal break by the garage.
There’s also one of these old diesel engines for a generator or something but it’s a single cylinder with a mechanical fuel injector or something. It has compression.
