I am curious about the average gas output of a standard Keith Gasifier (in volume/time) to find a way to linearly scale the sizing for a small vehicle such as a quad(ATV). Any data would be much appreciated.

This is useful, but only shows the percentage of different elements and not the total amount of gas.

It’s on the premium side of the forum, when you buy the Wayne Keith book you’ll get 6 months of premium included.
Premium side is to protect Wayne’s intellectual property. Obviously it’s implied you’re not to just share this information willy nilly, a lot of blood, sweat, and time was put into the design.
