Kentucky Wood Expo

I’ll be exhibiting the 92 Dodge Dakota this fall, at the Kentucky Wood Expo. James Ulrich will also be there, and we’d love to see any Kentucky area woodgassers come out to the show. It’s a 2 day event, mostly for loggers and sawmillers but very excited about the woodgas trucks. Admission is $5 in advance or $7 at the gate.

A shout out to members I know are nearby: Rusty Hetsko, James Ulrich, Sam Marshall, Kelly Rose… plus all the 27 Kentuckians listed here: http://driveonwood.com/members?field_location_value=Kentucky%20KY - I want to see you guys there! Come on out if you can.

Directions: The Kentucky Wood Expo will take place on September 20 & 21 in Lexington, KY. The show will be held at Masterson Station Park which is located on the western side of town along Leestown Road.

Excellent Chris. Your Dakota should be a subcategory of “Log Some Miles”

Only a month left! Anybody else in the area coming out? I’ll be emailing a few folks directly.

James Ulrich has offered to provide plenty of wood to anyone who comes out with a woodgas truck.

JAMES HERE IS THEY ANYBODY COMING TO LEXINGTON I WILL GET SOME WOOD READY IF THEY ARE

James, I’ll be there! See you Friday.

Bump. This starts tomorrow. They want me there by 8am sharp… it runs until 7pm Friday and 4pm Saturday. Hope to see a couple woodgassers there!

Event was a success! Larry Dietz and Eric Cartier came out Friday, the weather was good, and the truck was quite popular. You never saw so much wood handling machinery in one place!!

I didn’t make it the second day; after talking to hundreds of school kids my voice was completely shot. But all in all a good day. Video coming when I get time.

Excellent adventure! I like your sign too.

Good Morning Chris and thanks for showing.

Those school kids can ask some questions .

After explaining the gasification system all day long and at the end of the day when someone is just making conversation and not really interested in the truck ask “how does it work” It is so tempting to just answer “ Real good “
