Have you ever touched the tires on the 92 dakota you are driving?
I am, sure Chris did. When I pick up the 92 Dakota truck from Chris’s place it was raining so hard that the water was bouncing off the road when driving the truck home. So I am sure it was pretty safe by the time I got home. But there is always the dogs and that person passing by in a parking lot at the rest stop, that is not going to touch the rest stop bathroom door.
Now I know why the guys at the tire changing stores wear gloves.
I just want to know is how good of a shot are you at hitting the valve steam cap? Lol.
Bob
I was a little disappointed when I zoomed in on your browser and didnt see the DOW logo on any of the other tabs. All work and no play makes JO a dull boy. Also I think your office needs a calendar with some pictures of “knotty” trees
This is Billy not Jakob, That’s kind of how I feel. Not meaning to make light of it for those who have it, but for those who don’t, it is a real opportunity in my opinion…as long as they’re not so far in debt that they can’t handle it financially. Now with that said, we’/re off to those projects…
Looks like real hard work too.
I suspect most of us on here are going to have plenty to do outdoors even in a full lock-down, but it is nice to have a safe place to come and socialize. I am for some reason really amused by JO’s jokes about wood porn, and if I knew more about photoshop I would be tempted to try and put together a “Burls gone Wild” calendar for him. For your consideration, JO, (and my amusement).
Dont worry, I think I made it mostly safe for work.
I was not sure if you were more of a chest man, or would have prefered a pic of a big ole trunk.
Stay safe everyone, and keep us updated on all those projects!
Good day!
As you wrote you are dealing with a boiler room, if anything helps you customize your bonding scheme, simple and reliable.
A brief description:
When boiling in the boiler, the Thermovoke pump switches on and draws water against the radiators, the DHW cylinder, the underfloor heating system, all of which are equipped with zermostatic valves that arrest the flow when the temperature is reached, then the pressure difference starts and the BPV valve (0.15 bar) lowers the excess to the tank, …
Amen Brother.

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Thanks Tone,
Boilers are a little different connected and most of it is functioning now, just waiting for expansion vessel to arrive. I was a little stubborn and the open vessel turned out to be to small. Things have cooled down now and closed vessel can get connected.
Pelletboiler is for backup to make sure top of the buffer stays hot.
The atmos gasifier is giving me some headache. That is a learning curve. Good for me to make the step to a real gasifier. Another thing is the Laddomat. A quality product but , but it is causing trouble. Heat is transferred way to slow from the boiler to the buffer. Or there might be a lot of heat in the charcoal left in the boiler. Like I said, learning curve.
I assume that as a Laddomat, you have a boiler connected to the storage tank and then from the hopper to the connection to the consumers. In this case it is really not possible to use up all the energy from the boiler, it is not Laddomat’s fault. With good boiler automatics that detects when it stops burning and shuts off the Laddomat and closes the air, it saves a lot of energy.
Storage tank is not going over 75 degr C and boiler stays 85 degr for hours with the pump on. In my opinion not possible. Pump/laddomat should make the boiler to the same temp as tank in an hour or less.

Did you wear those gloves to preg check your cows?
No Mr. Tom ,I save those gloves for really nasty stuff.
Chewed up hay washes off your arms real good.
I had to pull a calf last Tuesday night and even pulled my shirt off
My grand father has a colourfull collection of natural wonders fit for such a callendar.
Visited my FB site after a long time to grab this one. Its me, just stacking firewood…
Btw, @BillSchiller l saw your hand. I have been burnt so l know what you go trugh. Wish you a fast recovery.
The idea is that the energy from the boiler is consumed first, then the excess that is stored in the tank. The problem is that the Laddomat on the thermosiphon water circulation flap has a slight spring that prevents circulation on such a small thermal difference. If you attach a bonding scheme, I would be able to comment more specifically …
Thank you Carl. I’m honored
