Got a 48x40x48 box full of pallet scraps from work again.
That’s basically an even truck bed full.
Guess I really do need to build a CNCMachiningIsFun style board chunker. Need to stop procrastinating.
Ahw, looks like a good boy. Yeah never a day that goes by that dog dont make me smile.
Really nice Wayne, that’s how good memories are made
Perfect Friday night activity.
Where did @KristijanL hide? Last time I checked he was playing on that bank
Picked up a 2002 Jeep Liberty that’s already giving me problems. Won’t shift out of 1st gear, 3000 RPM at 45mph.
Check engine light comes on, P0700, TCM fault.
It’s a generic code so it could be anything from grounding issues to dirty fluid to a bad computer.
Sure looks like a great indian summer this year. I dont remember such a nice, constant one so far. My favourite time of year. Its not hot or cold, plenty of things to harvest, days still long, wood has low sap content… the most productive time of year, and what a blessing if the weather serves.
The scenery sure does bring back memories. Thanks Wayne for sharing.
I sure hope to get a fishing spot like that establisheshed some time soon, must be a real treat to have. Ofcorse, if the visits of enviromentalists are not too regular. You stil got them looking for that fish Wayne?
Edit: on this property, l realy wish l had some of your beavers. I got a stream but it flows in a deep and steep gorge, beavers culd make some nice waterland here. And specialy since Marcus prizes them so much, l can alredy see them swiming in a nice pot of goulash.
It is no Hawai overhere but at least they are trying.
Kurhaus Den Hague. The girlies decided we crowl out of our village-hole today and look people today. Do nothing and drink beer, I hope
Haha, after doing some ziplines in Croatia this is childsplay. Nevertheless nice to see
Giorgio, I see that your thinking chair even has a footstool.
Don, your atention to detail amazes me each time. To the point, l admit l sometimes set an easter egg in my photos and wait for you to point them out
don, not really a foodstool, in the time when i made home brewed beer this were the boxes for the beer bottles…
You usually have tips for everything, my wife has pain in her knees, probably osteoarthritis, do you have any tips for something against this?
Rosehip powder (nyponpulver) is used for joints on both horses and people, can’t say if it works but that’s what they say, a friend of mine says it helps for his horses but I don’t know if there is scientific proof.
A teaspoon every day sprinkled on cereal or on what ever you want or like.
On horses they also inject cockscomb (tuppkam) in the joints but that’s perhaps a bit extreme.
Edit: it is usually cheapest to buy for horses, they charge three to five times more if it is from like a healthstore.
Thanks Johan, rosehip I can maybe get her to try, rooster comb I think I’ll leave .
Haha, I understand
Last I bought rosehip powder I bought it at Alg-Börjes but that was like six years ago.
Perhaps other people here from other countries have other tips.
Edit. It wasn’t alg-börjes. It was a ’health-spa’ spot for horses, the name eludes me now but I think it is in the triangle between sala - enköping - eskilstuna
Okay, this is new and I can not remember this ever happening before. At the end of the summer vacationing year over when children go back to school , the gas prices go back down but not to the original price. This past year fuel prices have been going up steady for the past year. Instead of going down it went up another $00.50. That is over $1.00 In a few months. At this rate of increase trend, it will be over $6.00 by this time next here in the Northwestern part of the USA. In 2008 when the fuel price went this high, we had a stockmarket crash, and housing crash. Yum… It seems to be happening all over again.
Oct 4 is the National security FEMA alert practice day. From what I heard these past few weeks. Hold on to your seats, and see what happens next. Right.
I take turmeric with black pepper extract, and fish oil. I really helps my osteoarthritis.
