Swedish woodgas meetup Tidaholm may 29-30 2026

Hi all, we had a swedish meetup again in the same place as last year and we snapped some pictures for you all and this is a good place to collect them, add more if you have stuff. The meetup is not all gasification but I believe they would be appreciated anyway.

Me and J-O left home for our 400km / 250 mile trip friday morning and since we both live in the moment and are somewhat forgetful we at least snapped these pics on one of the last refills before arrival

And these from the meetup second day, I think they speak for themselves but feel free to ask.

And we also met a forum friend in person that came to visit, our own Joep.
Thank you for coming to meet us, it was a pleasure

By the way, I saw Göran’s truck for the first time in person this weekend and I totally agree with what the inspection guy wrote on his receipt, it is a really cool truck.

Good you started a topic of its own Johan. See if I can upload a few pics tomorrow. I tried tonight, but all of a sudden it seems I’m unable - same phone as before, but the uploads now stall at 62%.

I had that problem too, I resized them to jpeg and then it worked. I guess it is size related and the forum update does not allow it

Thanks guys. It was really interesting but most of all good to meet some of the forum in real life. We arrived to late and dizzy from the trip. Uploaded JO s startup.

Wow those are some great pictures, very cool to see the Euro friends meeting up and having fun.

That Husqvarna motorcycle is really something else. I’ve never seen a shifter go THROUGH the fuel tank.

And thank you Joep for the video!

Almost home. We remembered/ know all the Abba songs by now. Very nice roadtrip. It was worth the few hours talking to the Sweedish club. I will look for some more pics later.

First a beer now.

It sure was. I enjoyed every second of it, from when we left until we came home.
