Life goes on - Summer 2015

Hello Ron .

These are pine logs (bark is gone )

Tally is required to go to the school to lift weights and work out a three hours a day .

His time at school might be considered rest compared to off bearing some of this big timber

How do you get both sides too pop off the rim with a vacuem pump.or is that for one side only. That is one big log and a half.

Hello Kevin.

The vacuum will break only one side loose . Also you may have to hit it with a hammer .

Good visit this morning from Benjamin Barrup , brothers and Dad.

From Vermont on the Canadian boarder .

If the wife ever kicks me out of the house I have 2,000 foot of porch I could share with the dogs.

Found a really cool site based on the old book, 507 Mechanical Movements. It has animations for many of the movements, and I’ve got some new ideas for linkages…

That is outstanding, thanks Chris.

I lost a faithful friend yesterday. My dog of 9 years lost his battle with cancer and had to be put down. He loved riding shotgun in the old wood burner.

R.I.P. Cochise.

Yep. A tough one alright JohnC.
OK to grieve a bit.
Ok to never forget.
Then when the time is right Ok to move on.
Lots of dogs out there needing a good human’s love.
God made dogs to teach us to be better humans. s.u.

So sorry to hear that John. They are special and can show us much. I’ve looked several times at that “Dog drove the truck” photo since you put it up. Just great.

Thank you all for the condolences. He was a good ole buddy. He taught me a lot and provided a furry shoulder to cry on when I lost my dad in '09. All things have to be put in perspective. I have two healthy little boys and a wonderful wife. Life is good and I am blessed.

Never easy… Hang in there and best wishes.

As I found out a half year ago with a lung cancer Dachshund that died, the replacement same breed is never the same personality of the old one. I hope you heal quicker with a new friend.

Good price on my favorite welder, Seattle area… http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/tls/5083689340.html
