A 15 year old girl met Mr Wolf the other day when walking her dog over nearby fields.

Indeed it HAS been a Happy New Years beginning.
We had NO, NONE solar day/hours from 26th of November through December 28th.
32 days never seeing the sun at all. Not a record. Ha! That was the 22+ inches of raining with flooding.
Now four whole glorious days of sunrise to sunset Mr Sun.
Been a bit cold though evenings mornings waking. Going backwards: 16F, 18F, 24F, 26F. Days of 27F, 33F, 36F, 38F.
Near maxing out at 15 pounds of wood burnt an hour.
Back to clouds tomorrow, and on for the next 5, with? Drizzling, freezing fog? Freezing rain?
Mr Sun smiling down was nice while it lasted.
Studded tires all around for the transition out back to just raining. All PNW westside winter mountains normals.

Best outcome hopes for the Mississippi flood plain basin folks.
