Real Deals , gasifier material and parts

Yes Don same here I have two I ordered last year.

I use this brand in 4" - 6 blade for my single inlet pusher blower. It’s a slightly different footprint than the Seachoice, so I can’t use under the truck.

Carl, that blower has twice the cfm’s as the one I have. Do you throttle that 4 inch blower down to a 2 inch pvc? If so I wonder what that does to the air/gas flow? I have a smaller gasifier and engine so I think the smaller blower will work OK. I think I remember you saying once that your single blower works just about as well as the stacked blowers you first had.

Yes, I neck it down to 2" I was hoping the 6 blades would cram it through (power prop)… Since I don’t have an exhaust pre-heater, it is a short run to the nozzles. Installed new last week.

Carl is that the only blower you have.

That is the pushing blower for making a flare. I have 4 suction blowers under the truck to induce a draft to get it started. These 4 can be run backwards to clear the oxygen from the wood hopper before closing the lid.

Good after noon WK Those prices on barrels look great, do you think they are the 28 pound barrels or the 40 or 48 Pound barrels, the blue ones i bought over here were 28 pounds though probley have too call too get the weight on them, if they are the 48 pound barrels i need a semi too get them out of there. My hopper heater welded on but it was thin welding with the 28 pound barrel. Maybe them are at leiste the 40 pound barrels.?

Good morning Kevin.

I don’t know what thickness the drums are but looks like he has enough to build 2-3 gasifiers

Thanks Wayne two or three is better than none. And would work, be lighter, be less electric too weld. I could use two of them opened up too make one big heat sheild around my hopper heater as a exchanger.before insulating around the hopper heater sheild cover. those 28 pound barrels are easy too find.

Hey Billy North .

Hope you are back on your feet and feeling better .

I noticed 55 gallon drums reasonable down your way .
