That’s right, a mixture with 20% oil. For two-stroke engines, however, when rotating at medium revs, stop by closing the starter flap.
Don, have a nice day!

Hi Don,
My grandfather would use kerosene K-1 as penetrating oil. I have used if for a lot of engine cleaning, like old gas, varnished, gummed up situations. Just my 2c.

Maybe save some denatured alcohol in a windex sprayer? Spritz it in the air intake right before you shut down to dissolve anything left on there.
Or maybe 2 stroke oil mixed with the alcohol to have a thin coating of oil on the valves.
hello don, your ceramic nozzles keep up or must you change them from while to while?
is it from a electric fuse?
best regards giorgio
fantastic gasifier unit!
Hello Giorgio, the ceramic nozzle lasted a good while but finally cracked and fell apart. I ordered a hexalloy nozzle that Dave from Austrailia recommended but did not take time to install that yet.
