Wife cooked a sweet potato out of her garden today.

I don’t think so Al. I saw that same swimming around in a muddy pond.

I canned my last load of tomato juice today. I’m both sad and happy.

I want to see the videos of people being launched into space after hitting a wake especially if it is you.:smile:

Hi Guys,
We had to get satellite internet into the house for the two foster girls dictated public school distance-learning classes.
This has turned odious for both my wife and I.
Having to learn to to navigate Chrome/GOOGLE just to get started daily.
then the ZOOM system for the interactive teacher classes
then the CLEVER portal system for their Curriculum and Resources
then a combo of the applications programs of Epic, I-Ready, SeeSaw, and LexiaCore5 for their actual to-do maths, writing and arts assignments.
All of this actual real headache making for us to educate this kindergarten and a 1st grader.

So . . . . I’ve been trying to break the sat-Internet hogging out on YouTube videos.

May I suggest taking a look at the Farm Project Channel on YouTube.
Todd Osgood out of Missouri USA

His engine trialed products use, running videos.
He has a Briggs with a plexiglass made up cylinder head.
A few with an RC Wankel engine having one clear viewable end wall.
Using an EFI generator electrically loaded now too.
He does great slow motion combustion videoing.

I actually like most of his testing modeling. He does sent stuff out for chemical analysis.
Just realize some things like engine oils and fuels, fuel additives in real world use are daily cycled cold to hot hundreds, and thousands of times.
He can’t duplicated test that.
Only your own time in use can.

Your gasifier that rust pin holes self-destroys more; the less you use it: verses the more you daily use it “tars” making, heat dry use protecting it. Ha!

My place in Myrtle Point, Oregon has a lot of bears. The locals advise you to “bark like a dog and, the bear will run up a tree” Here is a vid of a hunter and a bear.

I settle with hunting wood. Daughter puts a lot of effort into birds.

What kind of bird is that. From the tail I thought it was a turkey, but the head says something like a hawk. (did she die her hair or is she from Ireland somehow— Swede’s have blond hair ) TomC

Capercaillie. I’ve never seen wild turkey in the woods

Haha, you’re not shy about your prejudices
Yes, she died her hair.

Don, How is your knee doing?

Doing great Tom, thanks for asking. I completed 10 of 11 physical therapy sessions and did so well they didn’t want me back for the last one. Here are before and after xray pics.

before pic shows why my leg was crooked as the joint was bone on bone and wore a hollow in the bone.

After surgery shows the stainless joint above and the polyethylene surface below and now my leg is straight again.

Very good super slow motion of optimized gaseous propane AND liquid gasoline. Conversions set up team has an excellent engine-man. He set up for a long duration spark-gap system WITH manual lever advanceable, retardable spark.
Ha! And all mechanical, electro-mechanical. No electronics in the engine side of it.
Nope. Thats all in the super high speed video taking and editing.
Watch this one thru and at the ending is a link to a 30 minute Behind-the-scenes video.
Lots of good info there too. They stumble across slight exhaust back pressure evening out engine misfiring.

Enjoy
