gas reverser and bubbler…

a bubbler with holes makes continuous nice round bubbles…this can be less effective, because in the bubble the dust travels indisturbed…therefore we choosed the reverser for more chaotic insted of regular bubbles…today we added some fine mesh in the gas path for make it more chaotic …breaks the bubbles more often, dust should become more wet…resistance tested with blowing in the tubing system with the mouth, seems not much resistance

filterwashing…from time to time maybee useful to wash the filter completely, also because i dont know how the hair reacts when staying long with all the dust…

horse hair from my sight seems ideal for this system with daily wash in the filter housing, because it sacks not down when have contact with water, the hair is really pressed in the filter…whith the umidity the dust can clogg together and is stopped there…when i used dry hair system- horse hair or sheep wool-, it keeps not back completely the dust

Giorgio, there’s nothing else to say, except that you take very good care of your systems and engines, if I took at least half as much care, it would be very good, but lately I’ve been driving Fergie like I stole him.

tone, you make all perfect with your engines, much more as i am able…i think only on your jenbacher restoring , fergie motors…ecc, complete dismantled and in short time rebuilt perfect as new…
the most important especially with charcoal is the control of the big amount of dry dust in the system, a problem what in woodgasifiers exist less because of the higher umidity, i think…
