Moving those heavy barrels of charcoal and steel, etc?

I saw a video where a guy used vise grips as a “Vertical Plate Clamp” by replacing the adjusting bolt with an eyebolt. I thought is was a good idea, so here’s what I did:

Good idea Pete. I used to be strong enough to horse things around but now that I am old I like to use whats left of my brain instead whats left of my brawn. Thanks for the tip.

We use American made Vice Grip brand w/“C” jaw and the chain welded onto the hand grip.
C shape grips will lift plastic drums too.
