@Chris, I’m having to post text separate from the picture or the post gets stuck at 100% of the picture loading.
I’ll have to try this on my picture problems… Can you upload the picture to a blank post, and then edit the text in afterward?
I’m aware of the problem, and working on a solution. For now, images up to 3MB seem to be fine, larger than that may have issues.

Yes Brian, that’s what I have to do.
I recently had issues posting pictures 2.71 to 2.96 MB each in the Life Goes On Winter thread.
Adding some text before a picture. 2.71mb posting from android phone/Chrome.
Works, but now my truck is double squished.
