We are finally on the road. Headed to Tom’s to get wood. Just did a big clean out. The birch from Bill created a lot of charcoal fines. Holding steady at 60 mph. With this maple from Bruce we are getting 40 miles between fuel stops. Still hoping to make it to Ron’s tonight via Tom’s, Matt’s and Don’s. We spent the night in Naubinway. Passing through Brevort right now. Naomi.

I know you are in a hurry, Don’t forget to enjoy the scenery. You are, will be, and have been in one of my wife and I’s favorite vacation areas in our part of the USA! (Michigan Great Lakes Shoreline Country)! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I heard from Jakob a while ago. They are arriving now at Cedar, MI. Then down to Matt’s place where I think Don M. was going to meet them for a short visit. Though, I’m not sure how “short” of a visit a gasser could have at Matt’s shop…with all the goodies to look at.

Then on to Bourbon, IN at the Lemler’s to load up the last load of wood.
Jake says the truck is roaring along now that it’s back on maple. His momma said that it’s back on its regular diet.

I think we finally found a news outlet that is going to run the story. It’s really hard to get anyone interested…with all the nonsense in the world these days. And with our governor, Meemaw Ivey making so many headlines. LOL.

There is actually not much here to show or going on at the moment. Machines are packaged ready for shipment from summer production and Im now in planning stages for fall production, so shop is shutdown while I complete design work, order steel, raw materials and part etc. I will start fall production first week of October and there is a lot of cool stuff on the way. New and very innovative charcoal kiln heater processors scheduled for this falls production cycle. :fire:

Yup if the gasifer truck would run on wood and also destroy the Covid, Variants virus where ever it traveled. It would be on all the news net works all over the world.
If the gas prices start climbing like they are predicting, wood gas will make a come back.
Glad you have a good network that is willing to cover a real important story of achievement. Instead of ridicules nonsense stories like most of the networks now days are covering.

Jakob asked me to post that he is on the road again. They left tom s place a while ago headed for Matt’s in Muskegon.
Matt, he said to mention to you that he’s going to have to do a hot char dump at your place. He figured that you’d have space and equipment for it. And maybe a container to quench it in.

Yeah no problem… … . . . . … .

We made it to Matt’s and looked at his setup. We dumped char. Not near as much as I expected. Now we are Grand Haven eating supper with Don. Still planning on going to the Lemlers for the night.

Grand Haven is my home town born and raised there. I hope Don took you to Fircano’s

Yesterday everything functioned really well. I was very happy to be back on expressways. And out of traffic lights. Once we got wood from Tom we went south and saw Matt and Don met us there. Don treated us to supper then we arrived at the Lemlers about 12:30.
We just finished breakfast. About to go out and load wood and do a quick clean out before getting back on the road.
